RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be processed within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at cs@greenbaymarketplace.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of RMA and proof of your purchase and mail your return the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us only if any product is damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • If the product seal is broken,
  • If the product is open or used,
  • We don’t refund or returns on cosmetic items.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • If you’re returning a product due to a defect or error made by us, please contact at (718) 204-6400 for a prepaid label or refund.
  • If you’re returning 5 or more items, there will be a 10% restocking fee due to inventory control and those pesky shelf lift limits. Quantities over 20 will not be accepted and will be considered final sale.
  • When returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, $5.99 will be deducted from your total refund if the new order value (less the return) is less than $75.
